Using a proper Search Engine

I've been using meilisearch for a while on another project and think it could be a good fit for us.

To sum up why we should consider this:

• querying firebase has limitations and is hard to maintain
• costs increase with usage
• we try to avoid firebase queries to reduce costs by using caching or other complex/not ideal solutions

How could meilisearch improve this?

• full-fledged search
• stable/predictable costs (compute size)
• no need for caching or other nuanced solutions

We could use the same meilisearch instance for all websites since it has Multi-Tenant support

Open questions:

1. What would be the cost of hosting?
2. How hard would it be to maintain?
3. How much effort would it be to migrate?

After more consideration, I think we don't need a search engine if we move to a postgres database.
But this could still be useful in the future.
