In my local network i have a OnlyOffice-Document server. he works fine with my nextcloud server. I can open, edit and save documents in the cloud. No problem found. So the installation of OnlyOffice is correct and everything works fine.
Now I found the Connector for the moodle server. I installed the plugin (I tried all tree versions from moodle.org an the versions found on this server). The installation worked, the settings are ok, but in the activity I get allways the message "ONLYOFFICE Document Server cannot be reached. Please contact admin".
I tried also to add a instance of OnlyOffice and Moodle on the same Server - allways the same problem.
Thank you for your help!

Check HTTP Security settings (Site Administration -> Security -> HTTP security) for your document server address.

Hello everyone,

I have the same problem.

Although the link to my Onlyoffice server is correct and the secret key is correct.

Also change in HTTP security.

Didn't bring any change.

For the test I left all fields in the HTTP security empty.

But for the Authorization-Header i am not sure: AuthorizationJWT is that Correct?

Because with the current Onlyoffice version JWT standard is activated.

Nextcloud, on the other hand, works without any problems.
