Aggregation of Grid Cell Values

Workflow steps

• import a grid case ensemble
• create a view on the Statistics case
• select a set of cells
• define a summation in the grid calculator, OilVolume := sum(PORV*SOIL)
• in the Statistics case, select the grid calculation expression
• in the Statistics case, select the view as a filter
• push button Compute
• the result of the summation is displayed as text in Messages window. The statistics based on values in each time step is displayed below the individual realization values.

Create a view on the Statistics case

Select a set of cells

Define a summation in the grid calculator, OilVolume := sum(PORV*SOIL)

In the Statistics case, select the grid calculation expression and use the view to define the cells to be used in the calculation

Push button Compute

The result of the summation is displayed as text in Messages window. The statistics based on values in each time step is displayed
below the individual realization values.

The computed values for each cell can be seen as a statistics result
