How to install transformers==4.36.0.dev0 ?

As the title, I could not find a version that satisfies the requirement transformers==4.36.0.dev0.

Sorry for the confusion. You can change this to transformers==4.36.0. This version was supported in the developing phase of this project but was probably removed afterwards. I also revised the requirements.txt accordingly.
