Create automation for cleaning up this repo

We need to clean this repository every so often, so let's automate that.

gh-pages is the only meaningful branch on this repo, so that's where this work will take place.

This automation should:

• reset gh-pages to d7458e5c35f4d78e0c76738c87556d7b36300895
• force push that so that this repo is reset to that commit.

I'd say we could put this on a monthly or quarterly schedule. It could delete some pages we're actively working on but if we just close/re-open the PR on ood-documentation it should recreate the pages. Besides these are test pages so having them publish fast I think is better than the off change we'll lose pages we're working on.
