Better error checking if no ssh key-pair exists for user running with --sshfs-sharing

At the moment we hard code the reading of the pubkey named id_rsa.pub in the home directory of the calling user. However, if that user has no ssh pub key the plugin continues and fails later with an error message not directly indicating this problem.

We should not even run the VM in this situation
