oslc-service and related node modules need to have their versions and packages updated #7

I'm currently using file references in package.json files during development that need to be replaced with proper node version references.

A temporary solution for development is to use npm link:
cd ../oslc-service
npm link
cd ../oslc-server
npm link oslc-service
