This concrete storage.js implementation could be used for oslc-service or ldp-service implementations and would be selected by the servers configuring these middleware services.

For now this is in oslc-server/config/storage-jena.js. Eventually there needs to be an npm module for oslc-storage that has multiple concrete implementations, each of which could represent an OSLC adapter implementation.

But for now, this can be developed in the sample oslc-server for convenience. Refactor this later.
