you wrote in the instructions to delete the old chat, now you say you don’t need to delete it? this is deprecated, __resource file is not used, fxmanifest is long time ago... your chat is not working

i didnt build this resource i just saw this on the releases page. its just how i do it i dont delete it since the css gets issues when i delete the whole thing then put it. try changing to fxmanifest and see i dont think it would work however.
