Unhandled error: Error [ERR_REQUIRE_ESM]: require() of ES Module /home/runner/work/onesignal-ngx/onesignal-ngx/node_modules/@octokit/action/dist-bundle/index.js from /home/runner/work/onesignal-ngx/onesignal-ngx/.github/os_probot_metadata.js not supported.
Instead change the require of index.js in /home/runner/work/onesignal-ngx/onesignal-ngx/.github/os_probot_metadata.js to a dynamic import() which is available in all CommonJS modules.
