Open-Shell on Windows 10 disappears and reappears

I've been having an issue with Open-Shell 4.4.191 on my Windows 10 Pro Laptop (22H2).

Pretty regularly the Open-Shell Start Icon will be replaced by the Windows 10 Start Icon, but the Win10 Start Icon will not respond to clicking. Within a minute the Open-Shell Icon will reappear and work normally. This will happen a number of times during one session.

Luckily my main computer is a desktop (same Win 10, same Open-Shell) and that works fine. I don't spend as much time on my laptop but when this happens it is a PITA.

Any thoughts or suggestions. I have saved (backed up) my settings, uninstalled Open-Shell, rebooted, downloaded a fresh copy of Open-Shell, re-installed Open-Shell and restored my settings. But it still is happening. No other weirdness with Win 10 on my laptop.
