Specials characters (like é, è, ù...)

I have a problem with the French localization . Special characters are not displayed correctly.

I read the documentation but couldn't find a solution.

Do you have an idea ?

Could a library like u8g2 be a good idea to display this kind of characters ?

The problem come from the font definied in the file glcdfont.c. The font use the ASCII-US extended table.

This font is not compliant with the ISO 8859-15.

I think that a way should be to have different font availlable and we could choose the right one.

Is someone could test my updates ?

The ows_font_CEI_8859-15 font does not yet have all the caracters designed but some of them are OK.
