Provide a "Save & Sync" keystroke/button on the Inspector

Allow users to initiate GH Sync from the Canvas and inspector

• Allow users to be able to trigger a sync from the workflow canvas and in the inspector
• HotKey: Cmd + Shift + S
• Whenever the user does Save and Sync, show a dialog/modal that asks the user for a commit message (possible change to GitHub action?) providing a default message with “username initiated sync” (this is the current commit message.)
• Note that the newly created version must be sent to Git Hub.
• The commit message dialog can be closed with enter (if no changes are made, it takes the default message)
