incompatible with tensorflow 2.0

since a lot of code restructure happened in tensorflow2.0, many tensorflow methods are uncallable within midas/midas_base.py

Thanks for raising this issue. We have now migrated the midas code base to this GitHub Repository.

We would appreciate it if you could re-raise this issue there, as incorporating TF 2.X support is among our list of priorities. All updates will be posted on this new repo too.
