No artifact for pa11y-ci-reporter-html

Description

While bumping pa11y-ci-reporter-html from 6.0.2 to 7.0.0, we noticed that no artifact was generated when launching the pa11y CI on the project (source: #2735 (comment)).

After the "Run accessibility results" step, the "Upload accessibility results" does nothing:

Elements helping with the analysis:

• It works locally: the .pa11y directory is well created and filled with HTML files.
• It seemed to work for pa11y-ci-reporter-html 5.0.2 as chore(deps-dev): bump pa11y-ci-reporter-html from 4.0.0 to 5.0.2 #1712 mentions:

  "Artifacts are still generated in "Summary". Not 100% sure but the HTML seems to be indeed enhanced 🤩"
