Motivation and context

The current chips are using the standard Material 3 design shape for Chips, rounded rectangle, this is problematic as they are too similar in style to iOS buttons.

Proposed Solution

The solution is to use fully rounded capsules for chips shape. Design reference is available in the Figma Flutter UI Kit
