Add a circuit-friendly hash coprocessor

Add the capability to have a coprocessor which validates a series of hash function computations on byte strings, held in read only memory bus. The memory bus holds a sequence of (input, output) pairs. This should use a circuit-friendly hash function (which one TBD).
