Proof-of-concept that we can track provenance within xarray with hooks and templates.

Start with a basic setup that would store a sequence of text-based "xclim_history" attributes. Instead of hard-coding the history content within each function, create a mapping and hooks to create this content in parallel. This architecture would allow users to customize the provenance tracking (using different ontologies for example).
