Issue to be solved

Currently there is no CI workflow that builds a production ready extension. Developers are manually building the extension, and manually bumping the extension version

Suggest A Solution

Create a CI workflow using github actions

1. When merging to dev, automatically build and zip the extension ready for QA
2. When merging to main, automatically bump the version number, then build and zip the extension for distribution
