[IMPROVEMENT] Improve notification when send FT

Describe the Bug
Sending FTs shows a notification different than moving ft notification, one display receiver account address, another display account name. We should keep consistent in this two notifications.
Moving notification:

Sending notification:

Expected experience
Shown receiver address in notification rather than account name.

Steps To Reproduce
(1)Send some FT between accounts
(2)Observe notification, saying nick name of account
