[BUG] Input Box for Amount Sometimes Delays or Fails to Display During FT Transfers

Description:
When attempting to transfer fungible tokens (FT), the input box for entering the transfer amount occasionally does not appear immediately. In some cases, it takes several seconds to display, or it fails to display entirely, blocking the transaction process.

Steps to Reproduce:

(1)Navigate to the FT transfer page.
(2) Select a token to transfer.
(3) Observe the behavior of the input box for entering the transfer amount.
Expected Behavior:
The input box for entering the transfer amount should display immediately upon navigating to the FT transfer page without any delay.

Actual Behavior:

The input box sometimes takes several seconds to appear.
In some cases, it does not appear at all, requiring a page refresh or additional user actions to proceed.
