Requires #24 to be completed first.

Basically, when creating a /new map user will be asked if they want a regular void world or a starting template. Will use same import process as /import but will include a GUI with the multiple different options for starting templates.

Template designs:

If anyone has template ideas feel free to make suggestions or if you'd like to build one go ahead and start 👍
