[FEATURE] Add ability to tp to coordinates #26

Currently, you can only use /tp to teleport to a player. It would be nice having the ability to teleport to coordinates as well.

ex. /tp [x] [y] [z]

I also tried using /minecraft:tp and would not have permissions to do that as an alternative.

Strangeys added the enhancement label
