을 어떤 방식으로 해야할까?

어느정도 선상에 있어야 동위선상이라고 판별할 수 있는가

어느정도의 오차를 오차라고 판별할 수 있는가

합병하려는 스파스블록과 위치 관계를 확인하고... 해당하는 위치에서의 (width | height) 크기 차이가 2배 이상 난다면? ----> 합병하지 않는다.
라는 정책을 세우겠습니다
