Description of new feature

In preparation for adding 'PC links' on biological databases,

  1. Change text label for 'Entrez Gene' to read 'NCBI Gene'
  2. Add link for 'GeneCards' for gene in question

Motivation for new feature

The goal is to allow a user to link from the landing page back to the referring biological databases which provides PC links.
