The word counts list, https://github.com/PerseusDL/catalog_data/blob/master/perseus/wordcounts.xml, has some incorrect word counts, giving a count for the entire book for a smaller work. Need to figure out how to find the wrong ones and correct them.

For example the words for Scripta quae manserunt omnia Partis III Vol. II (1198647 words) were assigned to phi0474.phi075, Pseudociceronis epistolam ad Octavianum.
