The `set-env` command is disabled. Please upgrade to using Environment Files or opt into unsecure command execution by setting the `ACTIONS_ALLOW_UNSECURE_COMMANDS` environment variable to `true`. We can use it at least temporarily, but it is deprecated and probably will be removed in the future. I suggest we leave the issue open (or create a new one) if we decide to go that round so we don't forget to rewrite it.
