[Feature] Ability to turn off the black lora tooltip by a setting

Is this feature related to existing issues?

The tooltip for a lora won't get out of the way if you are partially scrolled down the page. You have to scroll back up to get the tooltip to move enough to click the + and - buttons

What feature do you want or what suggestions do you have?

I'd love to see a setting in the settings ui to turn these off. I suspect many never use that click feature that copies the lora info and if you need it you can leave it on. Obviously still show the above menu to + and - a lora.

Are there any similar competitors that can be referenced?

the functionality of the tooltip not working looks like mostly a css issue. but the option to just disable it would be even better.
