Azure app and site hostnames with prefix routing issue

I'm having an issue related to hostnames sites and path when deployed to Azure app services. I built a solution with Piranha CMS with different sites which have hostnames with folder path like:

test.azurewebsites.net -> main one
test.azurewebsites.net/site1 -> first child
test.azurewebsites.net/site2 -> second child

Locally I'm using locahost / files .hosts and all is working well without issues, rather when deployed in Azure every time I click to obtain a child sites I receive an error 404. Do you know what I need to configure in Azure? Locally with ISS express launched as admin everything it's fine too. Issue is only on AZURE cloud

Resolved: remove any "http://" or "https://" references within the hostnames field. Use only the syntax: "hostname/prefix"
