Collapsed BIOM Files Appear to Cause Errors #71

Loading a collapsed BIOM file into Phinch seems to not work right. Post loading the visualizations still show the individual samples rather than the collapsed files. Removing the "original-sample-ids" column from the associated metadata and reloading into Phinch then causes the preview to hang.

Any ideas on what could be causing this?

I'd like to have a look at this problem. Can you provide a minimal biom file that causes this error?
