Failure screen shows briefly while after retrying payment for a failed donation

Describe the bug
If a donation fails, I see a failure screen. Clicking on the Retry button allows me to initiate payment again.

After the payment request completes (for credit card, bank transfer and other payment methods without redirection to another site), I briefly see the previous failure screen, before it is replaced by the appropriate screen.

Is it on a Production or Development Build?
