[CourseDelta] Releasing the coursedelta.yorku.dev source code

Hi! This repository includes the source code and generator for https://presidentkevvol.github.io/YorkCSClassList/.

The newer and better alternative to that webpage is at https://coursedelta.yorku.dev/. But its source code is in a private repo. Only York SSADC members can view the code. If anyone else follows the link, they get a 404 error message.

Might you possibly be willing to please publicly release the source code for https://coursedelta.yorku.dev/? If you did so, people could submit issues and pull requests.

Or, if not, why not? :)

P.S. I thank you for all the work you've put into offering useful tools for York students!
