Hello all, I am currently learning how to use Athena and have a couple of questions about running chemistry and hydro simulations.
Does the chemistry module integrate radiative cooling and heating? If so, does this mean that I do not have to define a routine to calculate cooling as defined in the Wiki (e.g. AddUserDefinedSourceTerm)?
Can the constant radiation source that can be selected when chemistry is active be used to produce HII region simulations? e.g. can this be a constant photon ionizing photon flux? Is there any example in the problem generator files that I can use as a reference?
