must manually edit RunProgram.java for training and testing #10

Currently, we run the feature-extract-and-classify in either training or testing mode by manually changing a value in src/execute/RunProgram.java.

For training, int whatSet must be set to "train." The line should read: int whatSet = train;

For testing, int whatSet must be set to "test." The line should read: int whatSet = test;

We should not have to manually update the file each team. Find a better solution.
