Also, please use the issue search to see if there are any existing past issues that discuss your problem. Make sure to remove is:open from the search box to search all issues.

ALSO NOTE
If you are receiving "Could not connect: Outdated server!" after a new Minecraft update, do not submit an issue about it. We are aware of the update, and are updating it.

If the BedrockConnect serverlist is not showing on your game, and you are instead being directed to the actual featured servers, this means the DNS needs to be re-configured on your console/network. This does NOT mean BedrockConnect has been patched. All known solutions for fixing this can be found at the following link: Troubleshooting
