Make Social Media Links More Prominent

Our social media links (Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn) are only found as Bootstrap buttons on the about page (https://purdueieee.org/about.php). They should be available in more places, potentially the footer of the home page or on the join page. Similarly, the link for our IEEE Q&A Discord server is only found on the join page (https://purdueieee.org/join.php). The Slack workspace invitation link is only on the home page and the join page. These external link locations should be consolidated and easy to find at a glance on our website.

Optionally, we may want to include a link to a Purdue University webpage (probably https://purdue.edu or https://engineering.purdue.edu/ECE) and a link to a higher level of IEEE (probably https://www.ieee.org/, https://ewh.ieee.org/reg/4/index.php, or http://cis-ieee.org/).

I'm thinking of moving the join stuff about the committees portion.

What's your vision for where to place those links to other websites?
