Fails because of NPE.

Resolved problem with -cout parameter parameter looked at --cin as ch…

Still fails when using PxtlCa.XmlCommentMarkDownGenerator.exe -i $XML --cout. How to resolve?

I use PxtlCa 0.3.7135.25434 cloned from this repo two weeks ago.
