New major release, SI card reader rewritten from scratch, lot of bug fixes, some improvements:

• faster SI card-out, not tested, please test it on training. Do not use 2.2.0 for serious events.
• multicolumn table sort
• better vacant decoration in runs table
• class layout editor improvements, draw parameters can be edited directly from context menu.
• IOF XML 3.0 results export, valid but not tested. Can be done periodically in results export service.
