Overview of pharma R efforts for regulatory reporting

I started an overview google sheet covering pharma R efforts for regulatory reporting here.

I'm thinking collecting information of existing efforts (open source and internal efforts) may be a good starting point for future prioritizations.

It would be greatly appreciated if you could review and add any efforts that I missed out
