There is no date stamp in the https://r-consortium.org/rc-docs/R-Consortium-Bylaws-7-9-2024.pdf document. It's in the filename, but that information is lost if printed to paper. In a previous version, we had "Approved November 20, 2019" at the top of the page.
There are some breadcrumbs in the 'Title' of the PDF metadata, but that seems to be more luck than intention;
