rename newsletter images correctly #118

The image names for the main images for newsletters do not align correctly to the information in the images - on this page: https://r-consortium.org/newsletters/newsletters.html

For Q2 2024, it's:
https://r-consortium.org/newsletters/images/R-CONSORTIUM-Q7-2023-NEWSLETTER-1-1024x576.webp

For Q3 2023, it's:
https://r-consortium.org/newsletters/images/R-CONSORTIUM-Q7-2023-NEWSLETTER-1.webp

Rename image files using this format: "newsletter-q2-2024-main-image.webp"

Edit image links in newsletters/newsletters.qmd
