According to Mauve, a command like this should show extensive debug output on STDERR when the gateway receives requests:

env DEBUG='*' hyper-gateway --writable true run

However, when I run that command, the output appears to be the same as when DEBUG is not set. This is with hyper-gateway version 3.4.2.
