Instructors and discussion for the upcoming react-native-workshop

I'm opening this issue to discuss the react native workshop content. I'll loop in Kashish @kashishgrover and Ayush @bansalayush who are wiling to take sessions

This is one feedback we got last time. Because of time constraint we couldn't do enough hands-on sessions last time.

We should incorporate more hands-on sessions this time.
Atleast 50% of the time should be given for attendees to work on tasks.
