Missing input on Registration (Danger alert: Please specify State/Province.)

Description of the issue

Attempting to register... but unfortunately receiving a continuous error after completing form of (Danger alert:
Please specify State/Province.)

I would like to attempt to fix this issue please

Additional note: Also after selecting Country - State/ Province does not populate as well as option in case State/Province was not
an input on the form already.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll to '....'
4. Check console
5. See error
