Fail to start after plugin install

I followed the install instructions, but Redmine failed to restart. Linked is the formatted error page, and below is the Redmine installation information.

Your application fails to start because of invalid syntax. It might be a encoding issue since there is russian text in the code. I suggest you get the latest code and retry, else post it on stackoverflow as it's not a problem with this plugin. This issue can be closed.
