gamelist <forceUppercase> not obeying in user copy of Carbon #36

I've copied carbon to ~/.emulationstation/themes so that I can make some font size adjustments. All of the changes I make to carbon.xml apply with one exception: I cannot get the gamelist to stop displaying in all uppercase. Changing the value of forceUppercase (at line 193 for detailed and video views) to 0 or false does not produce the desired results. I've checked my gamelist.xml file and the information present is in the correct case there.

I think the only way to disable forceUppercase is delete these definitions. It will works.
