Title. Would come after Locked mode and before Unlocked. When active, does not respond to clicks(except the mode button, ofc), but acts like the info labels on the lower left of the screen when nothing is pressed.

Would be useful in conjunction with transparency for a fullscreen map.

Interesting, but might be a tad tricky because of the peculiar way minimap
layers are rendered (that is, on top of eachother). I'm not sure it's
possible to set an overall opacity. Perhaps on the window level? Although
at some point we should probably bite the bullet and start using a camera...

Let's keep the opacity/transparency conversation in the existing request for it. (#93)

But this request is about making minimap click-through, not see-through.
You're right, but that's exactly why I made a separate issue.
