If "leftUi" and "rightUi" are missing in "dashboardHeader()", then the theme switch button goes down:

The solution was to use css:

.mt-2,.my-2 {
    margin-bottom: .5rem!important;
}

This solution works when using "leftUi" and "rightUiI":
