如题。设置23.5能屏蔽吗？

抱歉，目前只能屏蔽一整个小时
报时时间以及屏蔽的逻辑在此：https://github.com/RitterHou/time-alert/blob/master/main.go#L186
这里的屏蔽是针对一整个小时而言的
