Money can't be given if use-bagofgold-as-an-economy-plugin: false

Hi!

I trying to create a soul system on my server. I can't find a plugin that can be perfect for my server but i've thought that BagOfGold can be used for this, but i won't use it for primary currency, i want it to use as second currency - souls. I tried to set use-bagofgold-as-an-economy-plugin: false to false but when i trying to type /bagofgod money give etc but nothing happens. Thank you for your respond!

please enable debug mode /bag debug and show me the full server opstart log (using pastebin.com) also you should check you permissions
